Steve Ness
Steve Ness serves as President of KOOL PAK° LLC and has held this position since the purchase of the company in 1986. Steve is also president and chief executive officer of Ness Holding Co. Inc., which owns majority interest in KOOL PAK° LLC. Previously, he served as sales manager, vice president of sales, director, board member and chief executive officer.
Ness Holding Company has owned and operated businesses in the food industry since 1939, in manufacturing, importing, brokering, distributing, trucking, and warehousing. Steve is a graduate of the University of Oregon and Harvard Business School.
Wade Palmer
Wade Palmer has served as KOOL PAK’s Chief Executive Officer since 2022 and Chief Financial Officer since joining KOOL PAK° in 2003. Wade’s responsibilities include accounting, administration, regulatory, legal and information systems.
Previously, Wade was General Manager of Toyo Tanso USA, Inc., a graphite manufacturer. For 11 years, he served in various capacities including corporate controller and vice president of operations, US operations. Prior to Toyo Tanso, Wade worked for Ernst and Young. Wade received Bachelor of Science Degrees in Accounting and Corporate Finance from the University of Idaho.
Jamie Plowman
Jamie Plowman serves as the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Marketing Officer. Jamie is also President and General Manager of Polar Express, an integral part of KOOL PAK°LLC since 2012.
Jamie worked in the transportation industry for ten years before starting Polar Express Transportation Ltd. in 1999. Based in Langley BC, Polar Express serves the Seattle – Vancouver BC corridor. KOOL PAK° purchased Polar Express in January 2012 and provides temperature-controlled warehousing in Langley and transportation services throughout Canada and the US.
