Location: Clackamas, Oregon
Pay: $18.00 – $19.00/Hr including a shift differential. DOE
Shift:

Sunday 8:00 a.m. to close
Monday – Thursday 3:30 p.m. to close.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Utilize load and stop-order loading cards, temperature consideration, and weight distribution.
Case pick and palletize orders, sort, tag, and temperature check freight.
Use bulkheads and load locks when loading & unloading less than truckload (LTL) temp-controlled local, long-haul delivery, and shuttle route trailers.
Receive temp-controlled freight from company trailers and outside carriers and handle over, short, and damaged freight.
Perform warehouse forklift equipment maintenance and tasks. Operate hand trucks, forklifts, hoists, or other handling equipment to move material to and from trailers and within the storage facility.

Qualifications Required:

Pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
Knowledge of bill of ladings and other shipping documents and work with limited assistance/supervision.
Strong accuracy and attention to detail.
Reliability, commitment, and a strong sense of urgency.
Previous forklift experience and become newly recertified.

Customer Service Warehouse Representative (part-time) - Clackamas, OR

Location: Clackamas, Oregon
Pay: $17.00 – $18.00/Hr
Shift:

Saturday: 10:00 AM – close
Sunday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Receive and process inbound truck driver paperwork, process bill of lading, file, copy documents.
Answer incoming phone calls and assist drivers as needed.
Schedule appointments.
Create and locate purchase orders.
Identify discrepancies in shipments.
Manage storage accounts in a multi-temperature warehouse up to freezing temperatures utilizing the 3PL system.
Label pallets, locate and assist with freight, and tag as needed.
Warehouse inventory as needed, or time permits.
Write freight/inventory tags for the warehouse as needed.
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications Required:

Knowledge of enterprise resource planning systems (TruckMate experience preferred).
Comfortable working in a warehouse environment as needed.
Forklift experience is a plus.
Effectively communicate with internal and external sources via email, phone, and in person.
Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
Time management and ability to work independently.
Beginner/intermediate typing skills, including experience with the 10-key by touch.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications: Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Ability to work in a team and individually.
